My mother, who is in her 70’s, diabetic, with kidney disease was taken there tonight bc of severe abdominal pain so bad she was in tears. They left her waiting to be seen for over 4 hours. My dad finally gave up & is taking her elsewhere. You took back someone with a “sprained ankle” who was walking around on said ankle talking on their phone while you left a an elderly woman crying in pain waiting in your lobby. Your “head nurse” had time to come out and let everyone in the lobby know they’re in charge & decides who goes back & when-maybe their time would’ve been better spent helping patients instead of on a power trip!!! Abysmal patient care-you should be ashamed!!!! For the record: SHE HAD KIDNEY STONES!!!!!

From security, administration, staff, assistants, Nursing staff, Radiologists, and doctors…all Took special time and care with my father. It was as if He were the only patient they had. This is definitely my go to med center emergency Place!

Extremely way too dark for someone to be walking to their car. Seen an old lady walking to her car along. Please fix this problem. Thank you in advance.

We live in Mcleansville but have religiously come to this facility for 16 years, and counting. They're always the fastest, and ALL of the staff, nurses, and docrtors are the best ever!
