The doctors and nurses are great but the 2 at check in leave a lot to be desired. Especially the younger black man. He has to be the most unfriendly antisocial person I've ever encountered in my life. He seems like he is absolutely miserable to be doing his job. Not to mention he speaks where you can barely hear or understand him. First impressions at check in are very important and set the tone for the entire visit and this place fails miserably at that.

Please advocate for your children if you bring them here. Brought my 18 month old because his Pediatrician did an allergy test on him due to rashes that wouldn’t go away and hives from dog licks and all the Doctor here at the allergy center cared about was, “ why did the doctors office do an allergy test?” “Because it often gives false positives to children under 2.” She didn’t even care to look at the report of the allergy test that showed high reactivity to peanuts, egg, milk and dog dander. She told me to not restrict these things from his diet. She didn’t even want to do any further tests on him or acknowledge the allergy test that was done. Fast forward to last night where I’m taking my 22 month old to the ER because he is coughing suddenly and broke out in hives and is wheezing and having trouble swallowing from eating Nutter Butter!!! If she would have just looked at the report she would have seen the number for peanuts was quite high…….

I genuinely hate this place. From the start all they do is waste my time and provide absolutely no reliable time frames for anything. Go anywhere else.

Extremely frustrating with them giving me an address that no longer extisted. I had to look up the name and found it around the corner. Drove from Winston Salem to arrive at my 1:00 apointment at 12:45 only to find out they are actually closed from 12:30-1:30. Yet THEY gave me and another frustrated lady the same time. Not a good look for a 1st and last time patient.
