- JCJoshua ChristopherJan 28, 20261.0I have come here for a couple years. Was told I needed to drop by a new copy of my insurance card to continue refilling my prescription. Dropped it off. Got a call a few days later telling me I needed to make an appointment and be seen since it had been over a year. Made the appointment. Came in for the appointment just to be told they no longer take my insurance and I’d have to pay 100% out of pocket. They had multiple opportunities to inform me my insurance was no longer accepted (even though it was a year ago), but instead inconvenienced me for nothing. Staff was unbothered and did nothing to try and remedy the situation.
