If I could interface my hearing aids with my phone and receive calls directly through the aids, it would be invaluable. I had no idea that was just a small piece of the technological advances I would discover. Prior to meeting you, I was very loyal to the Starkey brand. I own both inner ear & outer ear aids, I did not intend to change. I had been to numerous hearing specialists in the past four years in Florida and North Carolina. The last thing I wanted to do was purchase another pair of hearing aids……but if I could improve my hearing, I’m all in! When you first put the Linx 3d aids in my ears, it was shocking to my senses. I could not believe the difference in technology. I am extremely happy with the Resound Linx 3d and I highly recommend that anyone with hearing loss give them a try. One final point. I greatly appreciate that you are available and responsive to my questions in such a timely manner.
