Great doctors. Dr broster is especially great. He takes the time to explain everything and if you need surgery he'll keep you as comfortable as possible which is a huge plus in my book bc I live in chronic pain from years of abuse by dirt bikes 😂

Viewmont urology is the worst place to go i will never go back ther again or any of my family members wher do I start well I was a patient with Dr Matthew Creighton if thats what u want to call him I started having excruciating pains in my back and side so I made an appt to see him and they made me wait a week but when I finally went in I didn't have insurance so I had to pay $250 cash well then they call me back and done an x-ray on my kidneys after that dr Creighton had me to come in a small room barely big enough for one person with a computer and bench seat and said well u have a kidney stone thats 1in length and 1in width he said it's right at the entrance of the urethra tube so its blocking u from pissing so we will have to do surgery and I dont think lithotripsy will work so im going to use a laser and go up inside of u and bust it up but it could rip a hole in u so I said no thank I want to do lithotripsy he said nope laser or nothing so I thought on it a min oh and the hole time im talking to him im hurting so bad im holding my side but I said I guess let's do it so he ok im gona send over to the nurse that sets up the surgery appts I said OK but ur not gona write me anything for pain or antibiotics or u dont want to put a stint in he said no and if u wouldn't have held ur side while u was here I might have wrote u something but no so I go over and get my appointment for my surgery scheduled and they wanted me to wait 2 months and the hole time ther doing all this they have an x-ray with a massive stone in my kidney right in front of them so I go home and 2 days later I call them and I got no answer so I left a voicemail saying I am in excruciating pain plz help me and than they finally call me back the next day and say he didn't think I was in pain so thers nothing he could do so I asked if i could see a different dr and the nurse page told me that all of ther drs are the same that the other drs will do the same thing so I immediately canceled my appointment and went else where so plz take my advice and do not go to viewmont urology ther doctors are jokes

Where to begin? The parking lot is always difficult to navigate, the staff and the providers don't seem to be on the same page. Poor customer service is evident soon after arrival. Their motto seems to be we are the only Urologist in town so we don't really need to try hard. More than one of the Doctors at this practice have a reputation of being rude and difficult to work with. If you need a Urologist and it has to be local...good luck!

**Edited to say-the number they comment on these reviews with is the office number! You CAN NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE when you call-so that is not going to help!!!! My dad has been a patient since the 90's. He is elderly and 83 years old. He cannot walk and has a wheelchair and totally dependent on oxygen. I have hired around the clock care (a CNA) that transports him to his doctor appts. She is very good about putting myself or my mother on speaker when the doctor is in the room. I work a full time job and as often as my dad has to go to the doctor-it is impossible to get off work each time! My mom is elderly and unable to walk. My dad was seen in the ED last Wednesday-his cancer navigator had to call the office-because when my mother left a message with the nurse-stating he needed to be seen per ED doctor-they never called her back. Thankfully the cancer nurse navigator was able to get my dad in yesterday (Weds.) to check his catheter. Dr. Deleary was very short and for a lack of better words-rude. He would not even hear my dad's worker out-even though she had questions that we had for her to ask-the nurse even made the comment-well if his daughter had questions-she should've come! Dr. Deleary stated my dad had a UTI from the catheter and prescribed antibiotics. He wanted to see him back in a week to remove the catheter-my mom asked (she was on speaker phone) if palliative care could do that and Dr. Deleary quickly stated oh yeah they can. Well.....Palliative care is not hands on-they CANNOT do that-so my dad left the office with an appt. in THREE months with an infection and a catheter. I had questioned what had caused him to need the catheter now-in the ED-(he has had bladder cancer a few years ago)-that was never answered. Needless to say, I had to call my dad's cancer doctor to request him send an order for home health so they could do the catheter flush and see how is urine output is. I felt my dad was just dismissed-and the issue was not addressed-and why would an elderly patient that has been a patient since the 90's be treated as such! No patient should! I feel it was a wasted trip-all we got was antibiotics-no answers and I even had to get it fixed to get his catheter seen to-Dr. Deleary should have known palliative care doesn't do that!!!!!! I hope my dad does not have the need to go back-even thought I am afraid with all of his issues he will. He is to old to change doctors and find a new practice!
