- VKvernon kiss3 days ago1.0Avoid this place like the plague. They took advantage of my wife because she wouldn’t complain. We took my wife’s frames to them to have lenses made. They “measured and ordered” them for her, but when the lenses came in they were the wrong size. In stead of fixing the problem they made my wife buy a new set of frames that the lenses would fit. The whole purpose of having them measure my wife’s frames was to avoid paying for frames out of pocket.

I asked "why is that?" about a policy and she actually said "umm...because we said so?? You're welcome to go somewhere else if you dont like our rules".
