  I have not been to this place since 2018 when I was told i was deferred for my hematocrit being too low. I called today to see if I could start coming again and they tell me I was permanently deferred for behavior! Im a 46 year old mother of three! I was told i was being deferred for low hematocrit and now its for behavior! This place is very unprofessional. I had planned to take my boyfriend and six of my neighbors who wanted to donate but now we will go to OCTAPHARMA in Charlotte Nc! Its a bit of a drive but its worth it to not be treated like a child! This place used to be decent. Not sure what happened. Not sure i would recommend this business to anyone. Seems as though their priorities are not in order!

  Such an awesome atmosphere. The staff is great. They are patient, kind, and very knowledgeable about there job. Made me feel safe, and very attentive to my needs and made it such an easy and pleasurable experience. I would recommend to anyone needing extra cash and helping the greater community at the same time. Eliza and Taisha are the Best.

  First time donating plasma and my experience was very pleasant! The staff was the perfect amount of professional and down to earth. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable!

  Today I was accused by a worker there for flirting with the when I'm in fact married she lied and said she's told me not to flirt with her so In public I said I wasn't flirting with you it's my southern charm and how I am and was told to act right or get sent away I've been coming here 4 years no problem now all of a sudden some chick named Adrian has some stick up her but cause someone was being hospital not flirtatious y'all need better workers and you don't need to try to humiliate the people trying to donate cause it won't end well with others they will stop coming or will want to leave
