- SFS FApr 2, 20265.0I have been going here for over 3 years and have no complaints. Dr. Mckean has significantly help me improve my life. He listens and wants to help. He is a caring psychiatrist. I recommend going here. Also, the entire staff is very helpful and friendly. The waiting room is nice and comfortable. There are beautiful plants everywhere.
- EMEmily McGuireNov 7, 20251.0“We’d love to hear from you.” Would you?? Because getting ahold of this office next to impossible. When calling, they will not answer the phone. You must leave a message. But if you’re like me and work the same hours as they’re open and IF they call you back when you can’t answer… what do you do? They won’t answer the phone when you try to call back. It’s an endless loop of never speaking with someone. I’ve been going here for years now and the only way I can get things done is if I ask for time off work to physically go in and speak face to face. I LOVE my psychiatrist, and that’s why I’ve stayed. But I tell ya… if Dr McKean moved to a different office I’d be overjoyed to move with him. This would a fantastic clinic to get help from if they just worked on their communication options and availability. It needs to get better.

- KMKim MetcalfNov 17, 20231.0I do not recommend this facility to anyone. The staff acts like you are a problem. They rarely call you back. You can only leave a message. I was passed off to 4 different doctors in 2 years. I was waiting for a link to my last televisit and didn't receive it. I called numerous times leaving messages. The provider I was with said she wouldn't see me now and they pushed me off to another PA. This put a strain on my mental health and I decided to leave the practice. If you want to be mentally well, choose someone else.
