- RRRafael RosaMar 31, 20263.0The service in the eyeglasses Hickory NC area was excellent, and the staff in the exam area is excellent, but in the eye exam area, the doctor who attended me, a woman of Asian appearance, is very intolerant. She speaks very quickly, and I have some difficulty understanding her. She seemed annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself. She also wanted me to mention the small print, and when I told her I couldn't see it, she insisted in a loud voice that I tell her. I am diabetic, and she wanted me to tell her my last A1c result. I told her I didn't remember, and she sighed deeply. She may be a good doctor, but she lacks ethics, manners, and above all, patience when treating elderly people.
