    Miracle Ear Lancaster, SC is a huge disappointment with the way clients are treated. My brother went because of the advertisement of a free hearing test. Before he left he was talked into hearing aids costing $8,629.00. He was instructed to return every Wednesday for four weeks for adjustments. He was never able to tolerate them. The hearing aids were returned requesting a refund. Letters were written, calls made, emails sent with no response. If anyone needs hearing aids Miracle Ear is not the place to go. Find an Audiology Center who will work with you to see if you can actually tolerate hearing aids and actually listen to you.

    Do noy like the macle ear lication in Hickory NC. I am in a wheele chair and when I go We were yold to give them a call and they would bring a wheel chair for me . Whic they did butb I perfer my own wheelchair beside I hate To brother someone to leave there desk and come get me like that. The lastbtime I went it was rainning so bad and getting us all very wet. Plus the young lady could not breath very well. I aldo had gotten a postcard saying I would get cool bag and wheb I ask them about it they did not have any at that time because they ran out. I am also upser because they talked me in to gatting hearung aids behine the ear and I am unablevto wear them because can not get them in my ears because I am unable to get my arms up to put them on. i am 81 years old and my hearing is bad And I understand that. But I would like to go back to in the esr hearing aids because I can get them in my ears easierthank uou for listening

    I just had my yearly hearing test at Miracle Ear, in the Hickory NC office. I was very impressed with Shelly Toney. She is new and I really liked her. She answered all my questions and gave me some great advice on my tinnitus. I also love Stephanie Jonas at the front desk. Anytime I need something or have questions, I can call and Stephanie answers the questions or gets me into the office. I always feel comfortable when I go there. I highly recommend Shelly Toner and Stephanie Jonas.
