Had a mishap where they messed up and I was deferred for 2 months and have to start over for a program I was supposed to start because I have a specific blood type. But I finally built up my courage and went back, they had gotten some new people and things were way better with the phlebotomist. Everyone else has always been awesome. Now it seems they weeded out the bad ones and got some new ones, so I’m hoping everything continues to go well, and I can do the program.

I've been sitting in the new donor area of the lobby since 10:44am... it's now 12:23pm and I haven't been greeted or addressed by any of the staff. They must be paid poorly or be understaffed. Maybe hire more staff or give performance bonuses. There's a computer for the new donor area but nobody staying behind it.

Turned away twice for being "dehydrated", when I wasn't dehydrated in the least. It was simply a lack of experience, and a dash of cowardice on the part of the staff.
That being said, nobody was rude and the wait times were not abhorrent as stated in other reviews.
The pay disparity between first time and regular donors is significant, so I clearly understand why they would intentionally didcourage new donors if they have a steady populous of lower paid regulars. Though I wish they'd be honest about the financial limitation, and not blame the donor for a condition which doesn't exist.

This place is absolutely unbelievable, I have been waiting as a new donor for almost two hours! I need money so I have to do this again, but I would not recommend the torture of going through the process, it should have been done in about an hour or two at the most, there is no one in this place as far as donors! It is mind boggling how slow and the sense of urgency is nonexistent! If I had money and food, I wouldn’t recommend the homeless to this place! In order to earn 100$ it be easier to beg for money with a sign out by the interstate, probably less shameful than selling your body fluids, in all honesty, I should have been out of here an hr ago! They took their time every chance they could! Literally from the front desk to the phlebotomist walking away after I had iodine on my arm, literally walked away and left me to help another person. So I get forgotten about and not prioritized as a new donor, in fact the opposite, this place is beyond unprofessional and no one cares about me. They take way too long and really don’t care! Go to Cls or octapharma, basically anywhere else. The first new donor at Cls only took 2 hrs from start to finish! This place with full staff and not busy at all took excessive time and no sense of urgency whatsoever! Do not go here unless you absolutely have to! It’s only 100$ for first 3 visits! Cls pays 100$ for 5 visits! This place wants blood and a thousand questions that other places don’t ask!

Donated and tried to reach them about continuing donating. Called multiple times in multiple days and left multiple messages with a return phone number. Never got answer. Never got a return call. I actually liked the place but come on a week's worth of calls and not one answer nor one call back. I understand being busy but I single call isn't going to kill anyone.
