Turned away twice for being "dehydrated", when I wasn't dehydrated in the least. It was simply a lack of experience, and a dash of cowardice on the part of the staff.
That being said, nobody was rude and the wait times were not abhorrent as stated in other reviews.

This place is absolutely unbelievable, I have been waiting as a new donor for almost two hours! I need money so I have to do this again, but I would not recommend the torture of going through the process, it should have been done in about an hour or two at the most, there is no one in this place as far as donors! It is mind boggling how slow and the sense of urgency is nonexistent! If I had money and food, I wouldn’t recommend the homeless to this place! In order to earn 100$ it be easier to beg for money with a sign out by the interstate, probably less shameful than selling your body fluids, in all honesty, I should have been out of here an hr ago! They took their time every chance they could! Literally from the front desk to the phlebotomist walking away after I had iodine on my arm, literally walked away and left me to help another person. So I get forgotten about and not prioritized as a new donor, in fact the opposite, this place is beyond unprofessional and no one cares about me. They take way too long and really don’t care! Go to Cls or octapharma, basically anywhere else. The first new donor at Cls only took 2 hrs from start to finish! This place with full staff and not busy at all took excessive time and no sense of urgency whatsoever! Do not go here unless you absolutely have to! It’s only 100$ for first 3 visits! Cls pays 100$ for 5 visits! This place wants blood and a thousand questions that other places don’t ask!

Donated and tried to reach them about continuing donating. Called multiple times in multiple days and left multiple messages with a return phone number. Never got answer. Never got a return call. I actually liked the place but come on a week's worth of calls and not one answer nor one call back. I understand being busy but I single call isn't going to kill anyone.

I do have the keds reward program loaded and i already opt..in for text and all but never get any... I was there September 2nd .. and there a new pay schedule.. the changed the bonus in stead of 30 and 80 we been getting 5th and 6th visit they only giving a 20 bonus on the 6th visit.. thats a 90 dollar cut...theh say its because demand is down..but i donate 1000 ml... Im sure not everyone does .. ambut no matter we all get the same pay . As someone that donates 250 or 300 ml witchnis unfair...and also meds and other stuff can be made and kept for future use.. and we all know they make bank on our donations... And well there was a comment.. they dropped prices because demand is down (lie) and well Christmas is around the corner and they all need the money they will come even if pay is down they need the money for Christmas.. uumm humm we all not broke.. or addicts.... We donate just to donate...

If you are a gay or bisexual male then don't waste your time going because one of the questions they ask is if you've ever had sexual contact with another male if you're a dude and if you answer yes to that question you're automatically deferred from ever donating plasma there or anywhere else after waiting for an hour and a half that's what I was told. There should be something posted saying that on their website if that is a hard no criteria that they are going to turn people away for. Seems pretty discriminatory to me
