    Disappointed in their behavior when someone mentions they have Medicaid. As they do not cover glssses by Medicaid but the eye doctor in office with them does. Made my daughter very uncomfortable when then were whispering “medicaid” behind their hands, before informing her know she needed to go next door.

    The people there were very nice. Made my first experience worth the drive there. If I could give them a raise I would! One lady explained everything to me when I don’t understand something really nice and calmly. The eye assistant explained everything thoroughly of what she is doing before she proceed with the procedure.

    Absolutely total trash people!!! Made my first set of glasses with premium glassware. Absolutely useless pair of glasses. They remade it to a lesser quality glass. And then told me that it still cost the same cuz they had to remake it. Extremely overpriced on top of that even with a 40% off coupon. Paid $595 for a horrible experience! Yes I am very bitter about this.

    Great experience! They spent time with me, didn't rush me, & made sure I was getting what I wanted. Got 2 pairs of glasses in about 1 hr. Later, I had an issue with the sunglasses. I took them back & they resolved the problem quickly, no extra charge, no problem. Thanks guys!
