  We were new customers. We had never been to an Eyemart Express before. We always bought directly from our eye doctor office. Misty waited on us and was amazing! She walked us through every step. She handled an insurance issue flawlessly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! She's the reason we will be back. We love our glasses and the prices were great as well.

  DO NOT GET AN EYE EXAM NEXT DOOR! Dr. Woo walks into the exam room IMMEDIATELY hostile and aggressive. She speaks to you as if you are unintelligent/incompetent. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before and have worked in the medical field for years. Dr.Woo is rude, degrading, aggressive and unprofessional. The other staff members (sky and dennis i believe) are so sweet and its a shame they have to be around that hostile environment everyday. She significantly increased my prescription and i did ask her if it was possible to cause migraines because i am a chronic migraine sufferer , she said "well you came in here saying you cant see so im making it so that you would have 20/20 vision but ill lower your perscription because im not going to be liable for your migraines" . I was just confused because she PROCEEDED to make a few additional aggressive comments about "liability" etc. leading me to believe she has probably been a liability , but im not one to assume.. The biggest thing was the degrading as soon as she came in the room asked about my contacts and i explained ive been a contact wearer for 20 years and she asked if i throw them away every two weeks and i was honest and said "well sometimes i do not because they are expensive and i do not wear them everyday" (i know this is what not to do but i WAS honest with "my doctor" whom i should feel comfortable with) , Dr.Woo turned toward me from the computer so quickly and said "so im not giving you contacts today then , YOU are the reason why your vision/eyesight is messed up , they are 2 week lens so what do you think that means??" . The tone of voice and aggression took me back i was speechless for a moment.. she then said "soo if you have been wearing contacts since you were younger you would think you should know better" .. once again speechless.. i should have just left but i was in shock and trying to wrap my head around what was happening/happened. I told the front desk that the doctor was rude and they apologized sympathetically. I spoke with a supervisor who was extremely kind and helpful regarding the matter . I hope they do something because having her as the face/doctor representing them is going to cause them to lose business/give a bad name for them.

  I went in to get tinted lenses. I went back to pick my glasses up and I was completely shocked. They were nothing like I wanted them. The store even had a pair with the same tint yet they still got it wrong. I showed them in great detail using the lenses they had as a guide. I wanted a light fashion tint. When I say my glasses were a bubble gum bright pink it was comical. The lady that worked there tried to tell me the lenses that I showed her were clear and no tint. No ma’am they were NOT! I placed them on white paper so she could see. Then she tried to come up with all kinds of different things, hating to be wrong! So proudful she couldn't even apologize. Bf that I seen a special on my receipt that I asked her abt she couldn't even explain that. She had the nerve to ask me what I was trying to do? Well common sense it's an optical store so I would be buying glasses. To wrap this up I told them I didn't not want the big bright bubble gum pink lenses. This place should be ashame throwing this stuff off on potential customers. They lied abt everything. I went to another store and got diff coatings that Eyemark Exp claimed I couldn't not get with tinted lenses. I do not recommend this place!!
