I now feel like I have my own personal family member who has decades of experience in solving issues with their clients who resolves issues in minutes. I got the spa experience from the time I made the appointment to when I walked out. I was asked if I was thirsty and given water. They had candies in the bowl up front and I said "I am a chocolate guy" and the office administrator, Barbara, quickly gave me some of her personal chocolate! As it turns out Ms. Cobb the audiologist, had taken care of my parents hearing aids years before. The team in the Hendersonville Branch are good enough to suggest you switch whatever you have to allow them to take care of you. If you just want to meet good people and don't need hearing aids, then just stop in to meet the fine people at Miracle-Ear. Don't expect a sales pitch either. Just good people taking care of others with challenges, refreshing. Just FYI, I am a client and like to be treated like a valued one. These people do do just that. Again, refreshing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
