- PHPatricia HigleyJun 30, 20255.0I purchased my hearing aids from another company that then parted ways with the hearing aid company. My batteries, which were under warranty, were starting to fail. My insurance company sent me to Majestic Hearing. When Dr. John said he had to send my hearing aids back to the company for replacement, I was dismayed because I had tickets for several performances at Brevard Music Center coming up. He told me not to worry because he would put me in loaners. He did a hearing test and then calibrated the loaners. He sent me on my way with a great set of loaners and at no charge.
