  This place is a joke. It takes 3-4 people to get a good stick. The red head that does the physicals is extremely rude. I passed out during the donation and puked and swallowed it. An ambulance had to come pick me up and take me to the hospital. They tell you at the facility you have to wait one day in between donating. Do Not listen to them there should be a minimum of 48 hours between but the doctor at the ER said you should only donate one time a week. These are not doctors and another client had to go to hospital because they did not poke a vein they poked his bicep instead. Do NOT trust them! The red head also called me today to "checked on me and to repeat that I am permanently deferred. She needs to be gone. Very rude!

  my boyfriend came here and I don’t know what they did to him but the worker clearly doesn’t know what she was doing. she messed up his arm, she injected him very badly and wrong that she got his bicep instead of his vain. he had to go to the urgent care. he said the girl looked high also, don’t know who they are hiring but they definitely need to train better. no wonder this place has a 3.7, it should have a 0.0.

  This KEDPLASMA use to be one of my favorite places to donate but I’m getting worried that I will have to change locations. In the last 3 weeks a lot has changed. The mobile check in is still broken and it’s been broken for months. In the last 3 weeks the wait times have increased. I used to walk in and walk out but now I usually have to wait an hour or more just to get to the beds. I’m currently 14 in line. I haven’t 14 in line since I lived in a major city, Charlotte. The vital team and phlebotomist all seem annoyed with recent changes to the center to. There is a noticeable difference in morale. In addition people are complaining but nothing is being done. Unfortunately I believe today may be my last donation at this center for a little while.

  I have a long review to speak on on this. I have been coming to ked For so long that I know every last one of the employees by name, I can say for most certainty that the old manager that used to be there, he was one of the most chillest guys he looked out for people ever since he retired, and the new lady came in the office now they don’t want to do nothing. They treat their people like garbage. I just went in there for the second time trying to donate and they intentionally we’re just trying to raise my blood pressure so I couldn’t donate being disrespectful to me when I drive an hour to get there. It was unprofessional. I got treated like I was an idiot and they were very disrespectful to me. I would rather not donate anymore. This 100% is one of the worst reviews I’ve ever had to leave anybody and I never leave reviews like this when it was the older gentleman. It was very, very clean organized staff. We’re always so polite but as I said, I went in there and they were straight disrespectful to me. It is a service for me to come there. It is a service for anybody to come there unless they really need the money me I own four business businesses I do not need the money I do that for the sake of helping people I don’t do that for the sake of money. It’s not good money to be selling yourself, but it’s worth it at the end of the day because of what they can do with the plasma in all reality, this plasma center can’t change back around, but I don’t see that it doing that right now, and I hope that the old manager sees this and reaches out to me because I would love to have a conversation.
