  I have been donating at Kedplasma for 2-3 months now and have loved it! I cannot get over how kind the staff is, and everyone does their job so well. I always know I will be in good hands when I donate! It is an honor to donate plasma (coming from someone who has been on the receiving end in critical condition) and this center makes it an even more fulfilling experience. Again, I cannot stress how great the staff is here—i recommend it to anyone i know who is able bodied. There have been a few random hiccups along the way (though all out of the center’s control—ie the entire server system across the nation went down so no one could donate that day) yet they have been really good at compensating their donors when appropriate for any inconvenience. All in all a great place to give back!

  I've been to a handful of other plasma donation centers in the past and this one was by far the best I've been to. Everyone was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. The wait time wasn't too bad considering (explained below) and the payments are fair and deposited quickly. The only complaint I have is that they don't open more than one stall up front unless there's about 6 people waiting in line. I don't think this is on the employees but rather the management. If this were to be changed by management, then it would have been a 5 star experience. However, it was overall still a good experience and everyone I worked with deserves a raise!

  Don’t listen to “Sean”. He said it himself. Everyone has bad days. This place is hit or miss. They may or may not be friendly.

  Went in on a Saturday at noon place was packed and they only have one person taking vitals!!!! To make things worse they told me express pass no longer valid!!! Only thing I will say positive is staff is friendly but the way company is run needs review!!!!

  Rude people and very unprofessional. Nobody knows how to extract blood. A bunch of rude people that don't know what they're doing. So I rehydrated and went back at 4:00. Google says they're open until 6. Wrong they close at 3. What a terrible experience do donate plasma. I thought I was doing at good thing but apparently a certain person is quite rude. No trying to deesculate just a abrupt get out. Not once did I raise more voice until after she vacated me from the premises. This is what happens when you late corporations to control our healthcare. No personal experience Just rude people. Update: apparently I'm cut off. I guess that can't handle calm adult language even after I apologized. Talk about snowflakes. Apparently they don't like being asked if the people there are qualified. That's apparently a insult to their establishment. Needless to say. I'm not invited back for asking questions and yes I did use profanity once and that was too much for their children ears. I was not loud or belligerent, I just expressed my opinion. I apologized for my vulgarity but that wasn't good enough so I guess no more donating for me. Like that really affects me. What a stupid punishment. I lose nothing and they lose everything
