  This KEDPLASMA use to be one of my favorite places to donate but I’m getting worried that I will have to change locations. In the last 3 weeks a lot has changed. The mobile check in is still broken and it’s been broken for months. In the last 3 weeks the wait times have increased. I used to walk in and walk out but now I usually have to wait an hour or more just to get to the beds. I’m currently 14 in line. I haven’t 14 in line since I lived in a major city, Charlotte. The vital team and phlebotomist all seem annoyed with recent changes to the center to. There is a noticeable difference in morale. In addition people are complaining but nothing is being done. Unfortunately I believe today may be my last donation at this center for a little while.

  I have a long review to speak on on this. I have been coming to ked For so long that I know every last one of the employees by name, I can say for most certainty that the old manager that used to be there, he was one of the most chillest guys he looked out for people ever since he retired, and the new lady came in the office now they don’t want to do nothing. They treat their people like garbage. I just went in there for the second time trying to donate and they intentionally we’re just trying to raise my blood pressure so I couldn’t donate being disrespectful to me when I drive an hour to get there. It was unprofessional. I got treated like I was an idiot and they were very disrespectful to me. I would rather not donate anymore. This 100% is one of the worst reviews I’ve ever had to leave anybody and I never leave reviews like this when it was the older gentleman. It was very, very clean organized staff. We’re always so polite but as I said, I went in there and they were straight disrespectful to me. It is a service for me to come there. It is a service for anybody to come there unless they really need the money me I own four business businesses I do not need the money I do that for the sake of helping people I don’t do that for the sake of money. It’s not good money to be selling yourself, but it’s worth it at the end of the day because of what they can do with the plasma in all reality, this plasma center can’t change back around, but I don’t see that it doing that right now, and I hope that the old manager sees this and reaches out to me because I would love to have a conversation.

  I have been donating at Kedplasma for 2-3 months now and have loved it! I cannot get over how kind the staff is, and everyone does their job so well. I always know I will be in good hands when I donate! It is an honor to donate plasma (coming from someone who has been on the receiving end in critical condition) and this center makes it an even more fulfilling experience. Again, I cannot stress how great the staff is here—i recommend it to anyone i know who is able bodied. There have been a few random hiccups along the way (though all out of the center’s control—ie the entire server system across the nation went down so no one could donate that day) yet they have been really good at compensating their donors when appropriate for any inconvenience. All in all a great place to give back!

  I've been to a handful of other plasma donation centers in the past and this one was by far the best I've been to. Everyone was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. The wait time wasn't too bad considering (explained below) and the payments are fair and deposited quickly. The only complaint I have is that they don't open more than one stall up front unless there's about 6 people waiting in line. I don't think this is on the employees but rather the management. If this were to be changed by management, then it would have been a 5 star experience. However, it was overall still a good experience and everyone I worked with deserves a raise!
