  Dr. Heil worked hard to replace my missing hearing aid and volunteered to come fit on a Saturday if it arrived in time for that to happen. She also found that two of the domes were stuck in my other ear. Her thoroughness found the issue and others might not have looked in both ears. I really appreciate her service!

  No such person as John there it’s Margaret. She doesn’t listen and can’t explain. Just wants to sell heating aids. After I left I thought why would I do business there? Called to cancel order she ended up hanging up on me. Geesh I never dealt with any one so rude. Gal at front desk very pleasant and efficient
