  Checking in was a little confusing as there is no receptionist to greet you. I thought that was a little odd and impersonal. Other than that, the care provided was great and fairly quick.

  Ana was very helpful registering me. Very sweet & kind. Hannah was amazing. Understanding about my wishes. I'd definitely go back there!

  I’ve been to this urgent care multiple times, mostly because my primary wasn’t available. So far I’ve been given antibiotics that I have allergens to (with their knowledge), was told to just “try them again”. I took my son there and had amazing care for a wound. A year later I’m still battling their rude billing department that will hang up on you every single time you get them on the phone. Staff on site were amazing, the offices and billing aren’t.

  Check in and acquiring date and time was challenging. The care team said, "I think the kiosk is causing a problem", but offered no help. Once past this kiosk, they were quick and attentive.

  I waited for over an hour plus 30 min past the appt time. No person works up front so its extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. It was not busy and waited from 150-4pm. This place is not run functionally
