  I waited for over an hour plus 30 min past the appt time. No person works up front so its extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. It was not busy and waited from 150-4pm. This place is not run functionally

  Made an appt the night before. Went at our appt time the next morning only for the girl to tell me no dr. Was going to be there that day, that they can only do covid and flu tests.

  I had completely lost all confidence in urgent cares due to bad experiences but was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and care I received today! Hopefully I am on the road to recovery.

  This actually makes me sad to post because I’ve had a great experience with the staff here until today. Today was absolutely awful so much that I walked out of my appointment. I will say that the nurses are wonderful even today but Dr. James Ho who I guess today was his first day there. He is the issue. Terrible bedside manners. I was made to feel like a burden for being there for a Primary care appointment which I booked online and there is a whole page dedicated to them offering these appointments so I booked one. That’s on me I guess. Everyone seemed so confused by me booking a PC appointment and the Dr seemed absolutely annoyed that I was there telling me I should have a pcp assigned because I’m on base but I’m select I don’t go on base. He said fine he can do this today but then I need to be seen somewhere else. I told him I can just make an appointment elsewhere now if it’s a problem and his response was a cold “no you’ve already checked in” the whole interaction made me uncomfortable to the point of tears he asked a few questions then just left. I eventually walked out of the room and said I don’t want to be here I’m just going to leave he turned to look at me said ok. Then turned back around to continue talking to someone else.
