  We had an OT referral signed by Dr. Soucie on 10/1. We wanted to switch therapy offices and I still had the signed referral. I received a call stating I needed to come in for an appointment. I asked why since I still have a current referral and was told “That’s what Dr Soucie said so we can schedule an appointment or you don’t get a new referral.” I explained what documents I had and questioned why they weren’t enough. The nurse said the only referral she saw was the speech not OT. The nurse says “I handle all the referrals and don’t see OT.” Whatever. I scheduled an appt. My therapy place emailed me over the documentation so I called Dr Soucie back and wanted to see if they needed to see the document because I genuinely don’t understand. She calls back, said we can cancel appointment. Ok cool! Get another call from the nurse who was RUDE as hell. She said Dr Soucie will not let her into OT if I don’t bring my daughter in. She said I was the one to cancel the appt and I wasn’t. She called and canceled. She did nothing but talk over me with a snotty attitude, repeatedly saying she didn’t care because Dr Soucie said no. I wanted to understand the reason for the no when I have a signed referral and can’t use it. All I could get out of her is it doesn’t matter what I have. She was raising her voice, and being unbelievably rude. Still dont understand, and she hung up on me so whatever

  We went here for 3 years Dr. Soucie and Dr. Black are great and we had good experiences with the nurses as well. However, if your kid is sick, don’t expect to be seen here. We have 3 boys and in the 3 years we’ve gone here I think we have gotten in 1 or 2 times when sick. You will be told to call the morning of to make a sick appointment and be on hold forever… then when you get through, everything is booked for the day. We have spent SO much money on home doctors, urgent care, and even the emergency room because we are NEVER able to get our kids seen. My thought is perhaps more new clients means more $ so existing clients get pushed to the back, unfortunately. On top of all this, the last time we called to get our kids in, the person we spoke to up front was very rude and sarcastic to us. Almost mocking my husband for his question. We ended up making the switch to a different pediatrician. I hate leaving negative reviews, but when it comes to my kids and sickness, not much can stress me out more. It’s a helpless and frustrating situation to be in and ultimately has costed us thousands of dollars on top of already paying for health insurance. 4 stars for kindness 0 stars for availability

  The doctors here are amazing. I recommend them to every one. So thankful I found an amazing team to take care of my family.
