  Horrible customer service. My appointment was at 9am they called me at 7:33am to reschedule when I called back I had to wait for them to open to get a call back 😆 then preceded to tell me my appointment was at 945. When in fact it was at 9 am the receptionist told me to be there be 8:50am so I would have sat in the lobby for a hour before I was seen. When I expressed my frustration & feedback She literally said ok & said bye. Go to atrium. Sooooo much better. Also no need to copy & paste Your Customer service link to my review I will not be contacting your line to give you my feedback. Thank you no thank you

  Very rude unhelpful receptionist. Im sure Dr. Brown unaware. Hoping she comes back to the main location. Also lobby area packed during covid.
