The instructor stands out for being thorough and detailed in their explanations, making sure everyone feels comfortable and informed. Participants appreciate the supportive atmosphere, which is perfect for those hesitant about trying something new. Many, like myself, found the experience enjoyable and empowering, leaving us eager to return. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to explore Pilates for the first time—you're truly in good hands!

  The workout itself was solid—more intense than I expected, but good overall. While the instructor greeted and learned the names of all the other participants, I was not personally acknowledged, which affected how welcome I felt. Aside from that, the class content was strong.
