  Agree with many of the negative reviews. Skin checks (with hx of melanoma) are rushed. Proper procedures are not followed, leading to scheduling incorrect procedures, and proper medical advice is not given. Many other issues too long to address One of the 5 star reviews below is the owner Dr. Ricciadello trying to bring up this rating. Rather than write review, perhaps respond to one? And patients, all our comments here are greeted with a generic response. Even his! NO ONE reaches out personally. As a patient who has given this practice multiple opportunities during the last year, and a nurse of many years myself, I do not recommend this practice to anyone.

  I chose this practice because of the numbers of positive reviews and because the lesion I am concerned about is on my face. I hate leaving negative reviews, and as a healthcare professional myself, I definitely hate leaving negative reviews of other healthcare professionals. I had never been to this office, had never seen a provider from this office, and no pre-appointment testing was completed, as none was necessary. Imagine my surprise when the PA walked in the door and the first thing she said to me was this is your diagnosis- zero assessment, never even moved out of the doorway or approached the exam table. She explained the symptoms one would expect with such lesions, and when I explained I hadn’t experienced any of these things, her response was “Well, you’re lucky then.” She then proceeded to explain that I have these same lesions “all over”, and by all over I assume she meant the skin that was visible due to the fact that I was wearing a sleeveless shirt, because she certainly didn’t take time to examine anything, much less “all over.” And while I do have several areas of the same color, that is where the likeness ends (and an appropriate assessment would have given way to that fact). Maybe this place is fantastic for plastic surgery, but if you’re looking for dermatology, and expect a diagnosis based on a thorough examination, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
