  Every member of your pharmacy team, from the pharmacists to the pharmacy assistants, go out of their way to make sure their customers/patients are well cared for and typically intercede when a physician's office fails to renew prescripts even after requests. What a great group, all with great attitudes even while under a significant and constant workload. The only reason I am not indicating employees by name is bc I don't know ALL of their names. Several but not all. You are always met with a smile and a "how can I help you" attitude which is real. I was disappointed when one of your pharmacists (Wayne?) was relocated to I think the Kure Beach area but I heard it was closer to his home. He was also outstanding and provided just great customer service. All of these folks represent an outstanding reflection of Harris Teeter and I hope you will acknowledge the Surf City pharmacy department employees. Thanks.

  They never answer the phone. It just rings and returns to main pharmacy line.
