Registered online for appt at 1039am, got there at 1025, checked in thru kiosk, (no actual human) they came and got me at 1039 and was out of there by 1057 for a sinus/allergy issue! AWESOME , CLEAN, and have bottled water and a keurig coffee machine.

They were quick and stayed late to take care of me. Only thing I didn’t like was the check in but once I got past that they were great.

I had a very frustrating experience during my spouse’s pre-employment physical and drug test. The visit took over 90 minutes, largely because the facility refused to schedule an appointment ahead of time, forcing unnecessary waiting. What was even more concerning was the way serious health information was communicated. Staff stated they “suspect” my spouse may only live another 1–2 years due to moderately high blood pressure, which felt highly inappropriate, alarming, and unprofessional—especially without proper context, testing, or bedside manner. A medical setting should prioritize both efficiency and respectful, evidence-based communication. Delivering speculative and extreme statements like that without thorough evaluation or clear explanation is not only unhelpful but potentially harmful. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacking in professionalism. I would strongly recommend improvements in scheduling practices and staff communication.

Clean environment and we have always been seen quick! Usually come here when I can not get a same day appointment with our primary care provider and it works out well for us!
