The nurse practitioner was excellent. I don’t remember his name, but he was a tall gentleman with glasses. He was very attentive and patient, and he made sure to answer every single one of our questions. We really appreciated how thorough he was and that he took the time to ensure we fully understood everything before we left.

Great place just for kids. Easy to make an appointment. Short wait times. Knowledgeable staff. It is odd that you won’t see or talk to a human until they call you back. But the check-in process is easy and efficient. Handy place to have in Greenville.

Great team, kind and fast! They got us in right away and doctor Amanda was so kind, patient and gentle with my hurting son. Thank you so much for being there for us!

This my second time here and I love it. Staff is friendly and gets you in and out without the feeling of being rushed. My son cut his leg and I had a strong feeling he needed stitches. Before arriving a quickly scheduled an appointment online and didn’t even have to wait when we arrived. I highly recommend versus going to the emergency room

First time and hopefully last. Made an appt online. Showed up 30 min early. No big deal. Appt time came and went. Patients clearly scheduled after my daughter's appt came and went. When asked the nurse where was our visit on the list, she told me she had to go and check. Never came back. Another patient was called, went to speak to another nurse and she told me she was next. Appt was schedules for 715pm. Of course, last patient. Was taken back and she was seen. Antibiotics ordered and I had to ask twice where it was sent. We left and there was noone else. Not even the nurses. I know the Healthcare system isn't the best, but this facility has to do better. Follow your appts as scheduled. There should be no need to be at a facility longer than 3 hours, seeing others come and go way after a scheduled appt and staff not updating when asked. Do better.
