Made my appointment online. Showed up about 10 minutes early and checked in at the kiosk. Waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen. In and out in right around an hour total. My $149 payment (I’m self pay) covered the visit and the 3 shots they gave me. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and respectful. No complaints.

i was seen so fast. they're open way later than all other urgent cares, and they're open on weekends. i registered via the online portal for an appointment, checked in on site via the kiosk, and was brought back to be seen within an hour. the physician who saw me listened to me, and she took my pain seriously. i didng get definitive answers for my current flu-like symptoms, but we crossed off all the big "yikes" answers. i left feeling like i was listened to and cared for.

The only reason you’re getting two stars is because of the physician. As a pediatric urgent care, We were greeted with nasty attitudes from medical assistants. Who made us feel like our child was a burden. She At good luck, it was the biggest hassle in the world because my six-year-old who’ve been screaming for two hours, Was Exhausted in my arms and did not want to stand on the scale and get her weight. As they are in, I understand the importance of weight with dosing medication. However, there were other options available. The nursing staff was cussing at the nurses station and we could hear it in the room. They were loud beating and banging noises to the point of the medical assistant could not hear us speak for a brief moment. Your computer check in, while quick, Makes the place seem cold when you walk in. The visit was extremely quick. The medical assistant did not even properly swab the nose. I was apalled! Please do better! I would’ve preferred to sit in the emergency room for 48 hours then deal with that attitude.
