First time and hopefully last. Made an appt online. Showed up 30 min early. No big deal. Appt time came and went. Patients clearly scheduled after my daughter's appt came and went. When asked the nurse where was our visit on the list, she told me she had to go and check. Never came back. Another patient was called, went to speak to another nurse and she told me she was next. Appt was schedules for 715pm. Of course, last patient. Was taken back and she was seen. Antibiotics ordered and I had to ask twice where it was sent. We left and there was noone else. Not even the nurses. I know the Healthcare system isn't the best, but this facility has to do better. Follow your appts as scheduled. There should be no need to be at a facility longer than 3 hours, seeing others come and go way after a scheduled appt and staff not updating when asked. Do better.

Usually when I’ve came here the wait time hasn’t been long but I feel like they need to prioritize their patients more when it comes to the age and severity of the illness.

The ladies were very kind and patient. I came with my granddaughter and was unable to properly add her ins card. Well, they took the time to add it Manually, which was a bit tedious, But she did it. My granddaughter was seen by the Doctor, which she was friendly and informative. Thank You

Never take your child here. Took my daughter twice. Due to her breathing heavy, having a cough and spiking fevers First time on Saturday they gave her a breathing treatment and diagnosed her with ear infection sent us home and sent a prescription for antibiotics and steroids next day which was Sunday I took her back she was still breathing heavy they said oh her lungs are fine I said so why is she breathing heavy the NP act like she didn’t know. So Sunday night I still saw no improvement and took her to the ER they diagnosed her with Pneumonia!!!!!!!!!!!! Now she is recovering and starting to feel better thanks to ECU Health Peds ER staff

I have only had good experiences here. I like the staggered check in times so you aren't sitting in the waiting room with a lot of people. The wait times are also really good. The staff has always been nice and helpful. No complaints
