Judy was my phlebotomist, She was absolutely AMAZING, she did NOT hurt me with the 17g needle, nor blow my vein, nor bruise me!! I will try to request her on my visits because she was so kind and soft handed and hearted, tameeka was my caregiver and she is sweet as pie!! She kept checking in knowing I had a rough first time and my second time i set myself into a mini anxiety attack, she explained what she was doing why she was doing it and what it would do/help with. I highly recommend this facility because they actually CARE about their clients and take the time to ANSWER any questions concerns. Hey, you're doing it for a great cause, some people have bad days, we are humans. Kedplasma greenville HAS my vote 100%. You gals and gents are amazing 👏

Hate putting a low review because the people there are great but it's becoming impossible to donate. Ever since the new building, they have been extremely slow in the morning. They'll have 2 people checking people in...one person sticking people once every 15/20 minutes. 4 people are going when 10 would be going before. I used up my express passes. They have 20 people waiting and keep checking people on rather than have one go hook people up. And countless other people just roaming around. I didn't mind at first...new building...but it's been weeks and getting slower.
I also really find it odd that the newest trained people are alone sticking. It's odd.

Auto BP cuff machine kept showing my pulse>100 beats per minute either arm no difference. I put my fingers on my radial pulse and counted 86 beats per minute TWICE. I asked the technician to do it and verify my results. She admitted she didn't know how and refused to even though she watched me do it and explain it. It's pathetic a basic assessment skill is not utilized by the staff that is far more accurate. They'd rather trust a malfunctioning machine and defer a donor for a false high heart rate reading. 🤦♂️ SMH. Other than the lack of staff training in basic assessment skills, , to feel a pulse and count for 1 minute, the experiences have been positive.

There was an employee at this center named blade he was very rude to me about a situation that happened earlier I had to go outside to hand my car key over so my son could be picked up from school because the center was packed and had to repeat the screening process over. Me repeating the process was not a problem to me even though I had been there all day so I decide to leave and come back before the center closed I had made it back to the center right before the time the center was supposed to close to repeat the screening process and Mr.blade said that I did not make it in time even though I did I made it before 6:00 it just took me longer to do my questions because it did not work on my donor app so I had to redo them at the kiosk he then wait till I repeated the whole screening process to tell me that I did not make it in time to donate even though I did he just did not feel like sticking one more person so he made up an excuse of me not making it before closing even though I had already been at the center almost all day. Big waste of my time
