I had an AMAZING experience at the good feet store. My sales associate, Virgil, made me feel comfortable and ensured I understood every step of the system before leaving. He made sure that I wasn’t in my foot journey alone and was overall a personable person, I look forward to my next appointment.

So far, so good! After two days I'm already feeling a difference. The real test will come this week working and walking on concrete floors for 9 hours a day.

Very disappointed in the Greensboro store I have been with them since Jan of 2015 The Sales Rep “Sarah” was untruthful with me few times this week starting from Saturday 28th to Thursday March 5 2026’ She is always suggesting I spend another $500 when I’m there just to change out my insoles for another when I told her No! Then she told me she didn’t have any insoles my size to change out my used ones & preceded to say a truck was coming the week ahead So I ask will you call me She kinda smirked I’m like are you gonna make note & write my number down She said, oh sure! She was acting all uninterested bout a follow up with me I’m like too myself that is odd Never in 11 years has ever this has been told to me out of insoles Red flag moment! I was already feeling her spiteful vibe going on! So I’m like maybe I’m wrong will give her a benefit of a doubt So then I waited until Thursday March 5 , hadn’t heard an update from “Sarah” if the insoles had come in So I decided to call didn’t want to make a 45 minute drive if they had not come in!!!! So I called spoke with “Sarah” she said again Insoles had not came in on the truck but she would call the Winston store & call me back! I’m like ok!!! Then 2 hours passed & no return call!!! So I called back! “Sarah”answered the phone and preceded to say Oh Julie did you not get my message I left you! No I’ve not received anything from you . She went on to say the Winston store had 3 pair of the Honeycomb in my size & she would get a worker from Winston that worked the Greensboro store bring them on Friday March 6 I said that’s ok! I will go to Winston to pick up So that’s what I did! When I got to Winston store was well greeted! I told the Sales Rep how my week has been with the store & the dealings with “Sarah” & that I felt like “Sarah” had been lying to me because I didn’t purchase something for another $500 so she was t going to let me swap out my old insoles for a new pair As I preceded to talk to Winston Rep he ask me why was I wearing the Honeycomb insoles I’m like I don’t know in December “Sarah” suggested they would work better for me! NOT!!! Since I have been wearing the same ones for 11 years with no problems & all of a sudden “Sarah” wanted to switch mine The sales rep said Looks to me she wanted to torture you!!! Because in December went to make a swap like I did this week in March but I wasn’t spending another $500 & so “Sarah took it upon herself with manipulatively pattern towards me said Oh let’s try this insole honey comb no charge!! It was terrible for me! The sales Rep in Winston talk to me & said “Sarah never called to see about the honeycomb insoles ( which I found out was not for my foot to begin with) And he said it was very strange that they would not have my size I’m thankful I went to the Winston Store I will not go back to the Greensboro store as long as “Sarah” is working there!!!! She lied to me made my life stressful for a week because of her on personal selfish behavior! Just plan mean!!! I called the Headquarters reported her told them the story & told them that the Winston store took care of me! She was WRONg in how she treated me by lying!!! 1) Saying she had no insoles in my size 2) Promised to call me, I ended up calling her! 3) Said she called the Winston store to see if they had my size Never called them 4) When I called her 5 days later She said Nope no insoles she would check with Winston & call me right back I waited 2 hours called her back She said oh Julie you didn’t get my message!!! No I didn’t “Sarah” ! She never called me it’s just been a terrible week dealing with a manipulatively lying person to get back at me because I didn’t pay another $500!
The Winston store made everything right & put me back into the correct insole! For that I am thankful Glad I made a switch to the Winston store & glad I reported “Sarah” for her undercover manipulatively mean spirit to the Headquarters in California & not to just a Customer service rep it was someone higher up!
Try the insoles they have changed my daily walk!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from typical inserts and insoles available online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support designed to correct poor foot biomechanics for long-term pain relief, unlike standard inserts.
Can arch supports help if I wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?

Will I receive my arch supports the same day I purchase them?
Yes, your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory and fits customers aged 6 and up, allowing you to take your arch supports home the same day.
