- CTCalissa Carelli TinglerOct 19, 20205.0Such an amazing location to get your lift, tone burn on. You do not need to be flexible or have ever been into a group fitness in your life. This is the best place to begin! Staff are very friendly and courteous and care about your well-being. Highly recommend dropping in for a foundations class to try it out for your first time - for free. So thankful I joined this community - and especially worth my commute to be a part of their studios.
