  Dr. Levy's nurse didn't get approval for my appointment. Now I owe them $500. No one bother to tell me before my appointment. Now they won't even return my calls. I went to the BBB. With this issue. The escalation department at Novant is trying to get this resolved for me, but the endocrinologist office is still saying it is my fault. Novant Health has resolved this issue. I received my money back in full.

  The doctor and staff are very friendly and helpful the doctor was very professional and helpful he really paid close attention to my care and needs he is very knowledgeable about diabetes and prescribed the most most up to date information and care for my personal care I would give them a 10 and recommend them to all my friends and family.

  Dr Levy and the staff were amazing. All of my questions and concerns were answered and they made sure I understood their responses. Also, they not only gave me pamphlets pertaining to my condition, they explained everything in detail. I look forward to having them follow my care.
