  Before making appt. confirmed that this place took my insurance which they said they do. During registration on line they requested my copay, also in a text, etc. Insurance was confirmed. After driving an hour to this appt. the front desk tells me they DON'T accept my plan but I can pay cash. Spoke to Office Mngr, Josh, the next day. He is supposed to be "looking in to it". His secretary sent me a portal message after a week that he is still looking in to his "IT" dept. Here we are almost a month later and no response from Josh. Poor. Unprofessional. Very sad. TO YOUR RESPONSE: No, Your TEAM should be calling me like they said they would!

  Horrible Unprofessional and no consideration Turn around like I did! Dr Joyce ugh!! And her staff! I drove from Clemmons to Greensboro in pain through traffic 45 min to get turned away being 15 min late. There was no one in the waiting room and they said Dr Joyce was booked. I had to come back, No!! I will never come back to a facility that has no consideration!

  Been waiting 20 minutes on hold for someone to answer the phone... 😠 1020am on Tuesday... Edit: I asked the receptionist multiple times if this was the right type of doctor for my illness. Come to find out the doctor says that he was the wrong doctor. I have to go see rheumatology. 8 weeks is not something I have time for.
