  Am seriously considering finding a new PCP. These people will do anything to not help, if they can refer you to someone else, they will do it as fast as you can turn your head. It’s ridiculous. You literally go once a year for a “physical” and they do not do anything to help you regardless of what kind of issue you need. They CMA’s/CNA’s whatever they are answer messages intended for the provider and the response is always so lackadaisical and non-empathetic. Such a shame people with health issues can’t even go to their primary anymore. It’s wild.

  I am leaving a review here, because I never received a survey in email from Novant. First, the office got me in fast, and understood exactly what I needed. The nurse took the best intake exam I have ever have. She does manual blood pressure, which is more accurate on me. I would give the front office and nurse 5 stars! Second, the PA, Ms. Payne, was given a request from my dentist. She declined to help, instead referring me out. Fine, but costing me a lot more. Her attitude was negative about everything I said. I won't ask to see her again, luckily there is another physician at this location. Lastly, I was charged for an extensive visit, when I simply received a referral and a lecture on how replacement hormones are a waste. I'll give much less information next time, and hope to get out with a decent size bill and some hopeful insights.
