He spent a lot of time talking with me and then put me under hypnosis and walked me through the steps on how to resolve it. I never felt at ease and was perfectly safe. I am exploring consiousness through breathwork, meditation and other mindfullness techniques and this hypnosis session was a great next step for me. I was also pleasantly surprised that the session was recorded and have been relistening as a guided meditation. Can't wait to return and try different sessions for different goals, highly recommend!
