  They've always had quick, friendly, and professional service for my whole family. They really do care about the customer and seek what's best for you, not their sales. I have cone here for my family's eyeglasses the last few years and intend to continue to do so.

  I went to Eyemart Express to get our reading glasses, and once again the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. This is exactly why I have been going there for the past six years whenever I need glasses. I have always had a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate their great customer service.

  I had an unexpected emergency come up with my eye the other day and needed a pair of glasses quickly. They were pretty busy and I had several people check on me while I was looking for frames. At one point I was so frustrated that I just wanted to leave, and immediately Shawn could see I was becoming overwhelmed in my choices. He stopped and sat down with me, was extremely patient, and answered every one of my questions. He took to the time to get to know me & my needs so that he could offer the best possible help. He never made me feel rushed & was able to offer me exactly what options were best for me. I was able to pick out a pair of eyeglasses, as well as sunglasses, and he said he would have them done as soon as possible, but the sunglasses could take a little longer. I went to grab some lunch, and within 20 mins had received a text that one pair of my glasses were done! The sunglasses only took an hour and 20 mins! I was so thrilled! I can’t speak highly enough to the excellent customer service that Shawn E. provided.
