    I had such a wonderful experience at Warby Parker! The store environment was so inviting, friendly, and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Bruce helped us during our visit, and he was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly kind, patient, and never once made me feel rushed, even while I tried on what felt like so many different pairs of glasses. His helpfulness and genuine attitude made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this thoughtful and sincere. I left feeling confident in my choice and really appreciated how great the entire experience was.

    Didn’t get a receipt because it was to be emailed. Wasn’t emailed. Called and got a call center who couldn’t find the order or the email address.

    I had the best experience visiting this store. I’ve never worn glasses before, and just found out that I need to wear them everyday. However, I did not get my eye exam at Warby Parker because I did not know they did eye exams. I will certainly do my eye exam there next year! The other eye exam place I visited today did not make me feel welcome, and actually made me uncomfortable. I left the original place feeling defeated and judged, but at Warby Parker the associate actually explained my prescription to me and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I’m super thankful for the associate that helped me, because they really turned a horrible day into a better one.

    Really nice store with a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great manager, Rei. They helped me determine the best match to replace a pair of damaged frames, and the service was fast with good customer data on file which sped up the process.
