The workout is incredible because the instructors are incredible! Every day there is something new with a focus on a variety of muscle groups. The owners are encouraging and kind. Overall, all of the women who work here are fun and amazing! Now, I am signed up for an unlimited month from another promotion. I highly recommend this location and this workout.
