  I had a great first session with Robert Merlin, we went through a thorough intake and discussed my goals and background before the hypnosis session. I am exploring consiousness through breathwork, meditation and other mindfullness techniques and this hypnosis session was a great next step for me. I was also pleasantly surprised that the session was recorded and have been relistening as a guided meditation. Can't wait to return and try different sessions for different goals, highly recommend!

  I can honestly say I would not be who I am today without Robert Merlin. He tells you what you need to hear, challenges you to be the best version of yourself, and truly cares about helping you on your journey. He has real purpose and I would 10/10 recommend! Grateful for him every day.

  Thee choice for effective hypnosis. The setting is comfortable, calming, and private. Mr. Merlin is a highly experienced professional, excellent in his skill and technique, effectively helping me to reach my goals in weight wellness. I've dropped ten pounds in the first four weeks of the Tooley mental lap-band program without struggling to stick to a diet or exercise routine. I would highly recommend the Merlin Centre for Hypnosis & Enlightenment to anyone wanting to improve their health and wellness, physical and mental.

  The Merlin Centre helped me with weight reduction about five years ago. The process was very comfortable and effective. All aspects of the sessions were professional whether in individual or group sessions. I am in a group session now and having good results. It has been amazing to me how subtle the process is yet is effective.
