I am exploring consiousness through breathwork, meditation and other mindfullness techniques and this hypnosis session was a great next step for me. I was also pleasantly surprised that the session was recorded and have been relistening as a guided meditation. Can't wait to return and try different sessions for different goals, highly recommend!

All aspects of the sessions were professional whether in individual or group sessions. I am in a group session now and having good results. It has been amazing to me how subtle the process is yet is effective.
