I had a really fantastic experience with Natasha at the LensCrafters – Friendly Center location! She was so patient and helpful while I tried on different frames, and she really listened to what I wanted. The selection of designer glasses frames was amazing — so many stylish options to choose from! Natasha helped me find the perfect pair that looks incredible and fits perfectly. Her customer service was outstanding — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. I left feeling really happy with my new glasses and the whole experience. Highly recommend asking for Natasha! 👓✨

Manager Mike Howard…how many Google reviews do y'all have to have before y'all PICK UP THE PHONE?!! I understand in-person customers need help…but it takes no effort to pick up the phone and answer a customers question. 9/10 they are calling to follow up on their order because your staff gives different estimates on the glasses. I purchased my glasses on the 5th and was told 7 days or less for them to come back. On the 7th day I had to come in because you all wouldn’t answer the phone. Then I was told that my glasses wouldn’t come in until the 19th! Fox Eye Care who does the eye exams next door customer service was top tier. They apologized and even tried to give my information to your team to have them call me AND THEY STILL DIDN'T! DO BETTER! This will be my last purchase here…BELIEVE ME!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
