  As someone who lifts weights four times a week, I was frustrated when knee pain started hindering my mobility and my progress. For about 18 months, I dithered and rested, relying on my coaches' (excellent) modifications and a round of physical therapy at a clinic that will remain unnamed here while my pain persisted. Finally, I came to see Dr. LeBauer. Because he is himself a weightlifter (full disclosure: we attend the same program), he understands my context. He also checks in, asking thoughtful questions about current mobility and my goals and observing how my body moves. I can't lie and tell you that dry needling or some of the muscular releases are pleasant in the moment or even hours after treatment (Dr. LeBauer has tolerated some VERY impolite language from me), the relief that comes the next day has been incredible. In five weeks, my knee pain is largely gone and I'm back from not being able to do weighted squats at all to squatting and deadlifting more than I did pre-injury, to say nothing of going up and down stairs! In addition to being effective, Dr. LeBauer is unfailingly positive, responsive, and communicative. He checks in between sessions, sending me videos of the home exercises. My functional health has drastically improved, and I'm deeply appreciative.

  I had been dealing with persistent shoulder pain that was significantly impacting my daily activities and hobbies. Dr. Lebauer took the time to really understand the root cause of my injury and developed a bespoke plan to get me back to doing the things I love. As an active person I am extremely grateful to have him as a resource.

  Dr LeBauer was my last attempt to solve a nagging shoulder issue before considering surgery. Not only is the pain gone, but I have a range of motion I haven’t had since I was a teenager. We have since built a full body program has continued to support my healing and rebuild my strength. Dr LeBauer is a miracle worker and I highly recommend him to everyone!

  I told you what was w­rong with me, (3 hern­iated disks and a pin­ched nerve) and i exp­ressed to you my pain­. You told me you thoug­ht you could help me and i made the appoin­tment even though i w­as still skeptical. After my appointment ­with you i was wonder­ing what had just hap­pened. There was a lo­t of talking and expl­aining, then you did ­a little touching in ­my neck region and ba­ck, and you gave me t­hat ball to take and do some exercises wit­h but i had expected ­more. You had me make an ap­pointment for a massa­ge with Andra within ­a few days and i left­. I went home and appli­ed all techniques, an­d did the exercises a­nd returned a few day­s later for my DEEP T­ISSUE MASSAGE. WOW !­ After the massage wit­hin a few hours i fel­t almost brand new af­ter having been in ex­cruciating pain for w­eeks. I only wish i had fou­nd you sooner, having­ been out of work for­ 6 weeks. I will be r­eturning for future t­reatments.

  I highly recommend LeBauer Physical Therapy for anyone who has a new -- or even an older injury. I came to Dr. LeBauer after an unsuccessful and unsatisfactory series of visits to another PT in Greensboro for a shoulder injury that turned into "frozen shoulder". I After working with Dr. LeBauer, and doing the homework for several months, my mobility began to return. When I had recovered about 85% of my mobility, Aaron referred me to an Osteopath who helped me regain the last bit of motion without surgery or medication. I believe the Myofascial release method used so skillfully by Aaron is what restored my injury to the point that I am pain-free and have complete mobility.
