- LKLee KnightApr 11, 20255.0By far the best experience I've ever had with a pharmacy in my 44 years of life. The staff is nice, knowledgeable, and super helpful. One day I talked to someone multiple times on the phone about an issue with my insurance, and they were so sweet and spent a lot of time looking into the issue for me. Other staff members including the manager have been great as well. They're right around the corner from my house, but I'd drive across town for them. UPDATE: 7 months later - I wish I remembered the name of this staff member, but she took time out of her work day to advise me on over-the-counter fiber supplements (this was about 5 months ago) and was just wonderful. I meant to give her a shout-out then but forgot. Still blown away by how great every staff member I've interacted with is. Obviously they have a great manager and I have to assume Harris Teeter (or at least this location) has a great company culture. I know I'm going on and on, but I've had some awful experiences at other pharmacies. I'm contacting their manager via email after this to further express my appreciation, and will be bringing a little something in for all their staff as a holiday treat.

Often prescriptions that I get regularly at a certain drugstore are quite cheaper and more affordable at the Harris teeter pharmacy by more than half! Fast service of filling prescriptions. And added bonus you can get groceries while you're there.
