    I am hard of hearing and couldn't hear the pharmacy tech or whatever he is, but my eyes work. I could see the eye roll and look on his face after he had to call next more than once to get my attention, as well as speak up because I can't read lips under a mask.

    Got all my prescription meds from here for nearly a year until my medical insurance company irrationally forced me to change to a different chain pharmacy. Nearly all times I found the staff at this Harris Teeter Pharmacy to be helpful and most of the team did go the extra mile to make sure any complications with my meds were resolved when it came to following up with my insurance provider, my physicians, the manufacturers, other pharmacies, etc. Mainly very accessible and patient. Only minor problems were that one of member of their staff (though very amiable & helpful), tends to be a bit forgetful & distracted. Also sometimes their automated texts and voicemails would be sent even after I'd already picked my meds, or while the prescription was being held up due to insurance issues. Apart from those issues, I enjoyed a great customer service experience all thru from this professional and courteous team, and wish I could've continued being a client of this pharmacy.
