- LDLori DishmonDec 6, 20255.0I was recommended to go to Groat to get my eyes checked due to my vision getting very fuzzy in the left eye. I went and was checked quit a bit. Mr. Groat explained to me it was very serious and needed for me to go get an mri. I ended up quickly having a tumor removed and will always be thankful of Groat. Ive seen him 3 times after the surgery 1 year ago to be checked and he talks to me very patiently and caring. Recovery takes awhile. The office people are nice and helpful as well.

- MKMehdi KarbasiOct 14, 20254.0The doctors are great and the optical shop people are nice but the service that the optical shop provides is not what I would expect when spending almost $1000 out of pocket for a pair of glasses. They will not call you when your stuff comes in, the quoted range of time to recieve your stuff is never accurate and they generally have no idea or explanation as to why. You will most likely just have to wait for your stuff with no realistic recieving date and you will have to call to see if your stuff is there regardless of if they say they will call you back. Twice they never called me about my glasses and now they have no idea why my replacement frames are not coming in on time nor do they have the ability to find out why. I would go here for eye exams but I personally will personally not be buying my next pair of glasses here if things do not change for the better.
