Honestly, I don’t think it’s right that the gym is closed today. I’m a member here and came to work out, but when I arrived the doors were shut just “because it’s cold.” The streets are completely clear and there’s no issue getting around. There was no valid reason to close. We pay a membership expecting consistency and responsibility in the service. I hope they take their members more seriously and communicate these situations better.

The fees are extremely too high for the quality they offer. If you’re going to pay this why wouldn’t you just go to the YMCA? I just moved and was looking for a closer gym, I’ll definitely drive a few more minutes to the YMCA to keep quality pricing and atmosphere. I did the free pass & I did not see anything that would warrant a $99 enrollment fee for a month to the membership or choose to get stuck in a 2 year membership. No.

Turn around and run from this gym. I signed up through Medicare Advantage plan. They pay the monthly dues. I also purchased what I thought was 4 training sessions . They (Cooper) locked me into a full year at $280 a month. Was told no problem you can cancel. THAT IS A LIE!!!!. Between Golds and Peak collection, been getting the run around. Each says the other has to cancel the sessions. Still fighting them.
