  Have used AFC on multiple occasions. New Garden location.Very efficient office. DOT physicals. Drug screens. Respiratory infections. Always the same experience. Very efficient. Unusual in the "medical industrial complex." Reviews are mostly subjective over one experience. I would give five stars over my multiple use.Kind. Apathetic staff.

  So I’ve had multiple good experiences, I’ve recommended this place many times… which is why I’m giving 3 but I definitely had a bad experience this time. Came in with a sore throat, bad coughing, stuffiness, overall sick (figured it was upper respiratory infection & just hoping it wasn’t Covid or strep). I got taken back about 10 min after appt (which is completely fine obv) however the nurse doing my intake/triage wasn’t very friendly. She also didn’t take my temperature which was super weird to me bc I mentioned concern about a fever the previous night. She took flu, Covid and strep swabs to test for and said it’d take 15 min and the doctor should be in, in about 20 min… cue 1hr15min later and I had to peak out to use the restroom & then finally got seen. The doctor told me what it wasn’t… never told me what he thought it was. Mentioned how my job might expose me to upper respiratory infections but never gave me a diagnosis. Just prescribed me antibiotics. I had to see it on the discharge papers, “acute bronchitis, unspecified”…. If you google bronchitis with antibiotics, it isn’t often recommended. I guess I need to see a new doctor.

  4.3.26 Arrived today for a bad cough, met with Angela and she took me back to the room. Very pleasant and attentive to the reason I was there. Kim the doctor was impressive, attentive, sympathetic to my issues. They both make me feel at ease and very comfortable.

  Do not go here!! I took my child there because she had a sore throat , stomach ache, her legs was hurting her and her ear! They tested my daughter and gave her false negative results and the doctor Scott did not even care or really look at her nor give any medication just said oh it’s a common viral thing going around. The next day my daughter was still in pain so I took her to the hospital and she tested positive for Strep throat! and they prescribed her with an antibiotic! Do Not Go to this urgent care because they don’t care about you at all!!

  Today was my first visit at AFC Urgent Care, and I must say the service was absolutely spectacular! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The provider took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I truly appreciate the level of compassion and knowledge shown during my visit. It’s not easy finding healthcare providers who genuinely care, but this experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care to anyone looking for quality care and excellent service. Thank you for such a positive experience!
