  This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had to deal with with any pharmacy. The woman that works here has no idea what she’s doing and has zero customer service skills. I asked to have a prescription transferred because of a skin infection on my leg that was being resistant to antibiotics. It’s been an extremely painful and annoying experience and as we were leaving our home town we forgot to go by the pharmacy to grab the topical I requested from my dr. We went shopping at food lion for groceries when we got in town and I asked the woman in person if she could transfer my prescription. She then tells me I have to call my pharmacy and have them call. I call my own pharmacy and they tell me that’s not how that even works and they have to call them. I call the pharmacy back over the phone to have the prescription transferred and spoke to the pharmacist who collected my information and within 20 mins of our phone call I’m alerted my original prescription was canceled by my pharmacy. I go by the next morning to get my prescription and she tells me it’s in the “transfer phase” and it’s still processing…. What?? We were on the way to the beach and they closed at 2 because it was Saturday. We are currently on the way out of town and just called to see if it was there so I could come get it before we leave to avoid having to transfer it again. After I swear she hung up on me TWICE. She picks up the phone the 3rd time I called to tell me ITS OUT OF STOCK. This woman has been constantly rude, short, and completely annoyed at my entire existence every time I spoke to her simply for trying to transfer a prescription. And I swear just didn’t fill it on purpose (a literal COMMON GENERIC TUBE OF CREAM) all she had to do was slap a sticker on it. I do not understand.. maybe it’s a locals hating the tourists mentality but just take note if you’re trying to get a prescription transferred here. I have never in my life been treated like this. I guess I’ll just get a blood infection and end up in the hospital because this lady couldn’t be bothered to do her job. Communication goes a long way.
