She is kind, professional, and explains everything clearly. Her caring attitude will put you at ease, and she goes above and beyond to make sure the patients are comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!
- BABella AlcalaAug 6, 20191.0Terrible front staff, they don't wear tags so can't tell their names. The heavy lady with a tight turquoise tshirt won't even look at you, very unwelcoming. The nurse practitioner was very nice. Those front desk women need to learn to crack a smile, Dollar Tree and gas stations have better service than that office.
- CHCathryn HallAug 3, 20181.0None of the doctors at wayne womens clinic have taken my nausea and vomiting seriously. I have HG (hyperemesis gravidarum) and ive been hospitalized 5 or 6 times due to dehydration. When the doctors come to talk to me they act like I'm bothering them and nothing is wrong with me and they're reluctant to prescribe me the meds I need to keep fluids down. I'm 30 weeks and I'm 100% done with this clinic. Edit: I would also like to add that once the doctor saw my Google review that was all he was concerned about at my next appt. Never got any apology; he even tried to lecture me about "social media" instead of saying sorry how can we work together and fix this. After months of dealing with insurance issues that were finally resolved they refused to see me and I was forced to transfer to Goldsboro OBGYN at 30 weeks. Terrible experience.
