  Excellent experience... Always in and out!!! Very well taken care of. Staff are very friendly and caring. 12/2026 Last visit GREAT ONLY EVENING SHIFT is Excellent. I come in today and did not have the same experience Ive had in the past. Unless Ms. Outlaw is my provider I will not EVER revisit again. Morning Shift takes forever to get you service!! Hours with only two people ahead of me. Then don’t send over your medication for hours. The lady doctor on shift today was very dismissive of my needs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU ARE DEALING WITH MS. OUTLAW!! Skip Ms. Perry at all Cost!! 2/17/2026

  La enfermera que me atendió fue muy amable pero la doctora me pareció poco profesional ni siquiera me revisó sentí que no le importaba. Solo me dijo “nosotros te llamamos si hay algo mal” apenas de que iba llorando de dolor… ni le importó Así que definitivamente me gustaba más el personal de antes… no volveré ahí.

  This place is awful. I have waited over an hour past appointment time just to be called back to wait another 45 minutes in the room to be seen. I have also made appointments at 8 AM, which is the earliest time frame available, only to wait outside the door until 10 after 8 for someone just to unlock the door. I have gone to 8 AM appointments and while still waiting at 830 to be called back, hear the staff heating up their breakfast in the microwave. It's not breakfast time, it's work time. Eat before you get to work. Also, it can be incredibly filthy. I was placed in a room one time that had clumps of body hair all over the exam table and floor. It looked like some one had to be shaved?? Why leave it?

  This was my first time at Main Street Family Care and I’ve had some bad experiences with urgent care places especially when it came to my children. But this urgent care was amazing! I checked my son in and was getting ready to sitting down and wait for a while but I didn’t even get the chance to sit down before he was getting called into the back. His intake was fast, the doctor came in shortly after that to see him. He was tested for Covid, the flu and strep and if you have a young child you know these test are NOT easy for them. They made sure my son was comfortable before swabbing his nose and throat but then came the swab test for pinkeye. The nurse who did that test was very kind to my son because he could see he was scared and made the swab as fast as he could while keeping my son calm. I thought we were going to be waiting in the room for 20-30 minutes but we didn’t it was about 5 minutes made a little more the 5 when the doctor came in to give us his test results. After giving us his results she asked if I could like to have my daughter and I tested for the flu since that’s what my son tested positive for. I kindly declined because I did not have my daughters insurance card on me at the time. We were in and out in the matter of 30 to 40 minutes. The staff was so kind and friendly and I’m glad I made the choice to go there instead of going to the hospital where I would have spent all night at.

  I truly had a wonderful experience at this clinic, and the entire team made me feel welcomed and cared for. My provider went above and beyond, listening carefully and addressed my concerns with genuine compassion. The kindness and understanding shown meant more to me than words can express. I left my appointment feeling supported, valued, and completely satisfied. I’m grateful to have found her and plan to remain under her care moving forward.
