  Cat/Kat the store manager was so helpful I helping us figure out what best products to try. She was very informative, kind a welcoming.

  I am giving this place a negative 1-star rating. My experience with the short-haired employee was unpleasant. She had a very negative demeanor and didn't seem to know how to effectively do her job. I purchased 3 protein shakes and 3 BCAAs, but was given 2 BCAAs and 1 protein shake. I was informed that the remainder of my purchase would be sent to me, but it didn't arrive even after a month. I called to follow up and learned that my order was not processed correctly. The employee attempted to fix the situation, but instead charged me twice for a new transaction. When I visited the store to explain the issue, she continued to speak with an attitude instead of apologizing. I attempted to retrieve my order from the store, but she accused me of trying to cheat and called security. As a result, I was charged an extra $201.72 and did not receive all of my items. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I believe improvements should be made. The manager refused to assist me and was unhelpful in addressing the situation. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with corporate and consumer affairs, and will seek legal assistance if necessary.

  Thank you Remy and Chris for all the help! Always have what I need and when they don't they go above and beyond for alternatives or to make sure they get the product in. Definition of customer satisfaction.
