- JAJessica AlloggioNov 17, 20253.0First time going here...today. We had to due to insurance switch. Anyway...I had scheduled appointments for myself and my two kids to get exams and cleanings. Of course we never got a text or call to confirm...which was partially my fault for not updating my phone number. But they had my email. Well after my kids got thier cleanings and fluoride treatment it was ny turn. But instead of a cleaning they did ONLY X-rays and exam. I asked the dentist why I was not getting a cleaning? She only said that "the adult hygientist has to be open". Well I scheduled all three of us together for a cleaning. Come to find out they cancelled my cleaning because I did not confirm my appointment. Yet they were able to do my kids. So now I have to wait 6 months(a total of 12 months) to get my cleaning. Awesome. (Sarcasm). The area is decent. The office seems clean and tidy. The staff seems nice. The dentist was kind of monotone. Or robotic. And after my kids got thier cleanings they did not congradulate them for clean teeth. Didn't notify me that they had no cavities...like my other dental office did. So this place has potential. Idk if it's because we have Medicaid that we are treated secondly. I'm not use to it. Or if it was a misunderstanding on thier part or both? But it was not the first time meeting I was expecting. Just glad my kids got taken care of atleast.

The final straw was when I recently showed up with my son for our 6 month cleaning only to find the door locked and finally the IT guys came out and told me they were closed. I received the confirmation text just earlier, but apparently they decided to close that day and failed to call and reschedule.
