  Monica was very helpful and patient in taking care of me and husband. She was knowledgeable and helped us sort out an issue with our insurance. The location is clean and modern. We loved the provider on-site today and all staff seemed knowledgeable and attentive to the customers needs. We will be visiting this location on Franklin blvd in Gastonia for our future vision needs. We highly recommend.

  I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters on Franklin Blvd in Gastonia, NC. Mark and TJ were incredibly helpful from start to finish. I came in with everything I had printed out and wanted, and they didn't cut corners or try to rush the process--they made sure every single option I selected was included exactly how I wanted it. What really stood out was their patience and Willingness to go the extra mile. They didn't give up until everything was right, and that level of service is hard to find. They made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. I’m a life long customer now! Thank you LensCrafters.

  The new location is bright and inviting. A huge thank you goes to Sylvia. She is personable and engaging, knowledgeable and friendly. She made our experience one of the best we’ve had at LensCrafters. Honorable mentions go to the other associates on the floor at the time of our visit. Everyone was so kind to us. 10/10 recommend LensCrafters! Bonus points if you can work with Sylvia.
